Sundays are for relaxing and loving up your body. Himalayan bath salts, a few drops of ylang ylang essential oil, a good book and a long lingering hot bath is my ideal way to decompress and get ready for bedtime. It’s the perfect “hygge” ritual and wonderfully restorative for the mind. Calm mind equals calm skin.
I love this book about the art of “hygge”. She does a wonderful job of explaining the Danish way of being cozy together and reminds us of the importance of making time to “hygge”. What are some of your favorite ways to reset and nurture yourself?
