3 Tips on how to get the most out of your daily facial massage!
A major shift has taken place in our world! Even though this COVID_19 pandemic presents a challenging time for all of us, I can only hope that the outcome is for the better.
While you're isolated at home, I've made a couple of facial massage videos to encourage you take care of your skin while you have the time.
I also want to stress the importance of incorporating breath into your facial routine every night. Breathing in an essential oil like lavender or those you have in your facial oils are excellent to support your lungs during this virus. Most essential oils are anti-microbial and anti-bacterial in nature.
3 STEPS TO BOOST YOUR FACIAL MASSAGE
- Rub the oil (s) in the palms of your hands to heat them up and activate them.
- Take a deep breath and inhale the oils deep into your lungs. Hold and count to 6.
- Exhale. Start your facial massage routine.
