Last weekend, while co-hosting a fun, inspired beauty event in Los Angeles with two of my favorite clients, a simple yet powerful message adorned a building in the Culver City neighborhood. "Love, love, love" was painted across its entire facade, serving as a poignant reminder of the love that our world so desperately craves.

As our lives push our nervous systems to the max, it becomes imperative to recalibrate and rejuvenate ourselves, all the while extending that warmth and love to those around us, much like a ripple effect.
