Who doesn't want healthy, beautiful skin? Did you know that goji berries are packed with vitamin C and vitamin A? The high antioxidants found in goji berries make them a powerhouse for your skin. They promote new cell growth, and fight free radicals that damage your skin, so if they are not already a part of your diet, you might consider adding them in. I eat a handful of goji berries every day either on top of my müesli or I add them to my green smoothie. Either way they are delicious.
